Guest Room Package/Block Rate: $175 per night + State & Local Taxes

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card deposit for the first night's room and tax. The deposit will be charged upon booking. Guest room cancellations are allowed up to 48-hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 48-hours of your scheduled arrival or no-shows will be charged 1st nights room and tax. Reservations must be received on or before Monday, July 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time (the "Cut-off Date"). After this date, it is at the hotels discretion to accept additional reservations, and rooms will be provided based on availability and prevailing rate.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will apply if checking out prior to the confirmed check-out date
