| Diamond RIM® Quality Assurance System |
Diamonds represent quality and excellence. The Diamond Rental Integrity Monitoring System® (RIM) enables Public Housing Authorities to review their quality and maintain their excellence in rent calculations. As the nation's first web-based rental integrity quality control system, you can:
- Perform RIM and SEMAP tenant income and rent calculation file reviews before or after data is submitted to the PIC;
- Generate Tenant File Error Reports and RIM Summary Reports for management review;
- Receive an automated regulatory analysis of the errors complete with observations and recommendations for solutions;
- Prepare for RIM, SEMAP, and HUD Quality Assurance Reviews; and
- Fully utilize HUD funds.

| EZ-Reasonable Rent Determination® |
Agencies are using the country's first web based reasonable rent system to:
- Perform compliant reasonable rent determination in three minutes;
- Control total housing costs for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV);
- Fully utilize HCV funds without over spending;
- Re-determine reasonableness of current contract rents;
- Stretch leasing dollars to help maximize leased units;
- Establish and maintain fair Public Housing Flat Rents;
- Monitor staff performance; and
- Assess rents approved versus rents requested.
Proven to be acceptable during SEMAP, Management, Public Housing Operations, RIM, and Quality Assurance Reviews, EZ-RRD® provides individual rent reasonableness documentation, a written policy, and written procedures pursuat to regulations. Because EZ-RRD® automatically performs the analysis, it is easy to use and can be performed by non-technical staff.
Managed and maintained by a team of IT and Reasonable Rent personnel, this system requires no software for the agency to install or maintain. Agency staff enters the characteristics of the unit to be assisted, and EZ-RRD® provides a third-party reasonable rent determination.

| Nelrod Cost Allocation Time System |
The Nelrod Consortium offers the Nelrod Cost Allocation Time System for its partners to track staff time by development (AMP), grant, housing program, contract, or any other type of account. The web-based system produces weekly time sheets necessary for asset management documentation. Also, the system provides management with reports that calculates the percentages of staff resources for each account. Available soon, Partner Agencies will be able to enter data directly into our exclusive web-based Utility Allowance Software System. The software will produce Utility Allowance Reports for Public Housing and Section 8 programs, along with required documentation.
