Qualified Energy Audits

About Qualified Energy Audit

With more than 27 years of experience, our team of Energy Audit and Energy Efficiency Experts provides comprehensive Energy Audit and improvement planning services.

In 2000, we combined years of government energy audit experience with advance building science training to create our Building Science and Facilities Maintenance Division d.b.a. Qualified Energy Audit.

Since 2000, our LEED, RESNET, IECC, and ENERGY STAR Certified Energy Specialists have assessed, audited, and certified more than 42,000 building structures. During that time, we have identified millions of dollars in rehabilitation and energy efficiency improvements for commercial, government, and residential clients across the country.

24 CFR 965.302 requires that all Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) complete an energy audit for each PHA – owned project no less than once every five years. New rules require Accredited Energy Professionals to perform audits which meet regulatory and Green Physical Needs Assessment requirements. Use our Qualified Energy audit approach to meet requirements for your Public Housing Developments.
