In addition to emphasizing rent determinations and occupancy requirements, this 5-day course will also focus on the operational skills needed to administer the program and meet HUD review and assessment goals. Participants will receive handout materials and a comprehensive resource CD containing the training manual, sample forms and HUD resources. - Compliant Voucher, RFTA, HAP Contract and Lease execution

- Portability requirements and procedures
- Preparation for SEMAP Certification
- Voucher Management System (VMS) reporting
- Certification examination
