Since 1995, our firm has served as a federal government contractor. In the last 10 years, Nelrod has managed over $39 million of government task and work order requests, as well as acting as the prime contractor on several initiatives: the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Disaster Voucher Program Referral Call Center; the Katrina Disaster Housing Assistance Program Referral Call Center, the Information Resource Center for Public and Indian Housing, the Welfare-to Work Housing Voucher Program for Public and Indian Housing, the Homeownership Voucher Program, the Recovery and Prevention Corps, the U.S. Department of Labor Training and Technical Support Services; and U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Building Energy Performance Testing.

Our firm has performed cost reimbursement, level of effort (time and materials), unit price, and fixed price contracts. Deliverables were completed on time and within budget and were found good to excellent by the Government. Our excellent customer service is third-party verified and reported by Dun and Bradstreet (Opening Ratings Report) to the General Services Administration (GSA), with an overall score of 89, which is excellent for a consulting firm and puts us in the top 11% nationally.
