Course Cancellation Policy

Substitutions will be accepted at any time without charge. Cancellations will be taken up to 2 days before the scheduled class date. After that date, a $75.00 processing fee will be assessed per registration. "No Shows" will forfeit the full amount of their registration fees.

Section 8 HCVP Income & Rent Calculations

Improve SEMAP scores and achieve income integrity through the accurate identification of income and calculation of rents.
