Cancellations after January 15, 2018 will be charged a $75 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations after February 28, 2018 will not receive any refunds. Refund amounts from credit card payments will be less any applicable transaction fees.

* An eligible spouse or guest registrant must be accompanied by a paid registrant, and not be an employee of a housing agency. Includes access to conference classes, meals, and activities. Spouse/Guest registration is not an eligible agency expense.


If you don't get at least 2 useful checklists, guides or other resources you can use at your agency, and learn something worthwhile in at least on class you attend...we will refund your registration plus $ questions asked and no hard feelings...because we don't feel we deserve to keep your money.

Hotel Accommodations

Based on your feedback and comments, the South Point Hotel will be the conference site in 2018. We have secured a great deal and increased our room block to accommodate more guests. You can make your hotel reservations via phone at 1-866-791-7626. Please mention the Nelrod Conference when calling to secure our special conference hotel rates. Sunday – Thursday rate is $99 per night plus county/NV room tax (13%). Friday and Saturday rate is $119 per night, plus tax. The Conference Hotel Package includes a quality hotel room, plus: Wednesday plated lunch, Thursday hot breakfast buffet and plated lunch, Friday hot breakfast buffet, and Resort Fees for one registrant.

Please use the 1-866-791-7626 telephone number to make room block reservations. Hotel reservations made outside of the Nelrod Conference room block, direct or online, will incur a $75 per day fee. This includes South Point's website and third-party websites (e.g. Expedia, Orbitz, Hotwire, etc.)

This year, free transportation shuttles to and from the McCarran Airport and the South Point Hotel are provided. To reserve your free shuttle ride, please contact 1-866-791-7626 and ask for Shuttle Reservations. Seating is limited and shuttle pick-ups run from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm daily.
