| Part-Time Management Analyst Seeking experienced Public Housing and Section 8 HCVP occupancy staff for intermittent assignments at various locations nationwide. Qualified applicants will have good writing skills and be knowledgeable in tenant file maintenance, rent calculations, and verification procedures. Travel is required. Each assignment requires a minimum commitment of one week. Assignments vary and may include independent PHAS/SEMAP assessments, file reviews, and RIM reviews. Salary negotiable based on experience and availability.

Location: Houston, TX & Fort Worth, TX Offices
Drivers License is Required
Responsible for performing routine checks, tests, gauging and instrument inspections of homes and/or buildings according to the ENERGY STAR Program. Inspects buildings and structures during construction, repair, and alteration to ensure compliance with the ENERGY STAR Program guidelines, as well as, adherence to specifications and plans.
