"The Training Conference Dedicated to Improving Your Agency Operations"

Over the last nine years, The Nelrod Consortium Conference has provided strategies and procedures to improve agency performance through a variety of PHA training workshops. Topics have addressed the latest public housing trends in PHA Administration and Management, Public Housing and HCVP Operations, Asset Management, Maintenance, Energy Conservation, Capital Fund Program Administration, Procurement and much more.

Last year's conference was attended by over 450 participants and included 14 workshops and mini-workshops on Board Governance and Strategic Planning, Fair Housing Compliance, Capital Fund Program, HUD’s EIV System, Information Technology, The New PHAS, Maintenance Training, and Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program Issues. Training workshops were well received, providing participants the latest information on new HUD requirements and guidance.
